1.) Can you explain a little bit more?
2.) No TinyMCE. Templates are for presentation, functionality is done by Pligg and its modules. Here's a TinyMCE mod by Yankidank: TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor
3.) NOTHING, NONE. Again, functionality is done by Pligg and its modules. Don't be confused what templates can do.
4.) Yes, please look at the demo.
5.) NO.

Can do nothing no drag an drop images text so it is not wysiwyg.

I see no site where to test your templates why. (buy a cat in a sack?).

You can test the Health Community (interface) here if you would like but it is better to test it in demo because i did some changes. It is light and very clean template and the cms theme support is very good.

Templates on that site not to test. Place artickles comments etc. (meaning nothing to see it working on a site with your template).

So where can i test then the tinymce with drag and drop text and images on a pligg site?
Then now we can only use tinymce with text. I want drag and drop atickles.

Currently, only the red color scheme is compatible with Pligg 1.0.x.
