Voting and comments

Logged in users may vote once per story.

Pligg can be configured to allow anonymous voting.

Logged-in users may comment on stories.

Pligg can be configured for one of two voting methods.
a. Method 1: Single vote per user - resulting in a total positive vote count.
b. Method 2: Five star rating - resulting in an averaged overall rating.

Logged-in users can make a positive or negetive rating on each comment.
