1) Check that the lightbox module is enabled in the admin panel / modules section.
If it is, 1) click disable 2) click remove 3) click install

2) Check /templates/yourtemplate/pligg.tpl for this line

3) Open your website in your favorite browser and View Source. In the source, search for "leightbox". Yes, with an "e" in it. If it's not found, repeat step 1 and 2.
