So it only "sometimes" gets messy in Internet Explorer? Any way to recreate this?

Happens to me 100% of the time in IE7:

Hope Against The Machine

I tried messing with categories.tpl, but I blew up the entire template and I had to re-download all the sidebar templates to get it working again. After re-installing the sidebar templates, the issue still remains.

it's happens to me all the time with IE 6 & 7 , yget has some bugs with others browser, FF its not the only one..!!

1:
(IE6 & 7) the first one category is one row offset so the rss icon is in the first row and the category name in the second row ex: Cubaleo / Portada

2:
(Safari xp and mac): you must see how "cool" this is
published and unpublished news in sidebar seems like a "stair"

but there is this site with this fixed: Funaticus.com / Front Page Stories

solution:
Quote:
.sstories {
padding-right:13px;
float:left;
}
3:
(ALL) Sidebar has nothing to do width the content-wrap2 div, sidebar "float" upper
everything, even in FF

4:
there is a lot of css code in tpl files.. not so clean

5:
yget 9.9.0....mm has more bugs with "the others.." browser than v9.8.2

these are the classic errors of yget template,
if yget is set by default in pligg i think this must be fix it

the problem is in ../categories.tpl the size of the RSS image is bigger than the size of the block, so you must change it or erase that code

yget and pligg have a lot of css code in their tpl file .. it's no so well

sorry for my englischhh

Hello lacasuela, thanks for your tips
I changed the RSS image to half the size, and it still happens.
I tried figuring out what css style is setting the height/weight, but unsure which to change.

Still trying...
