Exclamation problems with formatting

Trying to work in my template, I'm using yget with some modification, went back to the to it to edit something but when I uploaded the template back it appears as it had no css although it has one linked into it.

same thing happened to my local server test site, after deleted the contents in templates_c my local test site went back to normal but the one on the internet didn't. does anybody knows whats happening? i think is the server cache but I'm not shure.

looks kinda like the attachement, it just happens when I try tu use yget:

appreciate any help, also do you know if using the thickbox module would interfere with the yget scrolling effect?
