A tool you can use to diagnose the problem is Firebug. It is a firefox addon that will allow you to inspect the code.

It will allow you to easily compare the pages to see if you have any different css classes, ids, or elements affecting those pages. If you ever write or modify css, Firebug is absolutely indispensable. It will even let you modify the CSS right in Firefox so you can see how changes will affect your layout.
