Question my template is messing up

Tried to modify yget again and for a couple of minutes it was ok, after opening and editing various files the template gets crooked just like is ignoring the css styling, anyone knows why is this happening?????? I'll attach a screenshot of the problem...

also tried deleting the templates_c content but it happens again.

thx in advance for your help.
