Hi, thanks for stopping by!
I change the attributes for the template from let users change the template to "false", and to use the "gzip" now when i need to make changes, the fields are not showing as editable, I don't know why is this happen, any idea, or solution to be able to edit any field as admin.

Since nothing is editable anymore that means that your server will not be able to handle the gzipped files. You'll need to turn gzip off via your database. Go into your config table and find var_id #70. Edit this row and change the var value to false and save.
