Category tab link issues

Hi,

My tab categories are displayed and work properly from index.
However once a second tab clicked (its ok the first tab), all the links
get a /category/ added to it. so www.mysite.com/index becomes
/www.mysite.com/category/index. All the images also get /category/ added to it. The header tpl and sidebar tpl are from 9.0 version of yget.

Also upcoming news link shows- http://www.mysite.com/shakeit.php?part=upcoming&order=1

This works with 9.0 beta but not 9.1. I know some modifications were made.
But there are some features in 9.1 that valuable so I would appreciate any input on how to make this work.
