I can´t show top 5 tags

How can i show top 5 tags at sidebar on yget template?

There was a bug in sidebar.tpl. Make sure that the E and T and uppercase letters where it says

$Enable_Tags

in sidebar.tpl

I tried to find and increase my tag from 5 to 15 words but on templates\yget\sidebar_modules\tags.tpl I could not five the code of $cloud->word_limit = 5;

I have pligg version 9.8.0 where do I go about changing this?
