How to place Adsense in this position ?

Hi, Can anyone please teach me how to place my adsense in this position ?
I tried to find the solution in old threads but can not understand exactly how to place there and some of the solution is not for this position. So, it'd be nice if someone can explain to me step by step

Just edit header.tpl and add the adsense script code - that should work.

in header.tpl - just above line starting <div id="cab"> add this:

<div align="center">
   {the google adsens script code comes here}
</div>

replace the {the google adsens script code comes here} with the script you copied from google adsense starting <script ...
